Ingredients
- Juice of 2 limes
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 24 peeled shrimp
- 1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 6 skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
Toss shrimp and cauliflower in lime juice and oil. Thread onto the skewers, keeping shrimp and cauliflower on separate skewers. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast on parchment-lined baking sheet at 400°F, 8 minutes for the shrimp, 20 for the cauliflower.
