Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
- 1 packet of Strawberry Liquid I.V. electrolyte drink mix or 10 drops of Urban Moonshine Joy Tonic
- 12 oz. (2 cups) frozen strawberries
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Fresh strawberry slices to garnish, optional
Instructions
In a blender, combine the coconut water, Liquid I.V. powder, frozen strawberries, and lemon juice. Pulse for about 1 minute or until the mixture is completely smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with strawberry slices if desired, and serve.
