In the Midwest, we’re lucky to have a variety of local grains available to use in our cooking and baking. Here are a number of recipes that include locally grown grains, from Kernza® to wheat berries to flour, that can be found at the co-op and are grown by local farmers.

The Lakewinds deli has created countless beloved recipes over the years. Sometimes, to make room for new ideas, an older recipe gets retired. To celebrate our 50th anniversary, we’re opening up the deli vault, and releasing some of these recipes with you!
