We partner with Instacart so you can shop for your favorite Lakewinds groceries, skin care, supplements, and more online, and have them delivered right to your door. Instacart can deliver to your home, work, or other address, too.

Instacart FAQs

Grocery delivery details

  • Delivery Fee | This fee is based on the delivery option you choose.
    • Standard/Fast delivery is $7.99.
    • Scheduled delivery is free with Super Saver.
    • For Priority delivery, an additional $2-5 will be charged.
    • Instacart+ members get free Standard/Fast delivery on orders $35+, and free scheduled delivery on $10+.
  • Service Fee | This fee helps support the Instacart platform and covers a range of operating costs. The service fee will vary up to 7% of your order total subject to a minimum fee of $3 per order.
  • Owners, please note that your monthly owner discount cannot be applied to online purchases at this time.
  • While many sales prices are available when you shop online, owner deals and in-store sales events’ prices do not apply to online shopping. Thanks for understanding.

If you’d like to return an item, that’s done through Instacart. Immediately after you receive your order, when you rate the shopper and the experience, that’s the time and place to explain what you want to return and why. That’s the only way Instacart can give you a refund. Please contact Instacart’s Help Center immediately — please don’t wait since they can only make adjustments or give you refunds within one week of your delivery.

Grocery Pricing

Lakewinds regularly updates pricing on Instacart to reflect our regular in-store prices. Owners, your monthly owner discounts and owner deals do not apply to grocery delivery services, but online purchases will count toward your annual patronage dividend.

Adding Your Owner Number

Owners, your Instacart purchases will contribute towards your annual patronage dividend after you link your owner number to your account. To do so, go to Your Account Settings under the Account tab, click Loyalty Cards, and under All Loyalty Cards select Lakewinds. You’ll be prompted to enter your number then hit Confirm.
