Lightning Fast Healthy Breakfasts

Hearty Breakfast Biscuits
Make bite-or-biscuit size, depending on appetites!
Ingredients
1 lb Bulk Lakewinds breakfast sausage
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp chopped chives
1 cup milk
Directions
Do not brown the sausage ahead of time! Toss all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add milk and stir until just combined. Shape into desired sizes, drop on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and bake in a 350˚ oven for 25 minutes.
Low-Sugar Breakfast Parfaits
In ½ pint or 1 pint mason jars, layer:
Full-fat plain Kalona Supernatural Greek yogurt
All-fruit jam

Chia and sliced almonds
