6-Minute Garlic Parmesan Zoodles
Grabbing a container of pre-made zoodles from the Lakewinds Deli means there is almost no prep for this easy and healthy meal!
Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 cups zoodles
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
1 handful of chopped parsley
2-3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat sauté the garlic in butter for 3-4 minutes.
Add in the zoodles, salt, & pepper. Toss gently with tongs. After 3-4 minutes of sautéing on medium heat, add in the parsley, parmesan, and pine nuts. Toss gently to combine.
Serve and enjoy!
PRO TIP: If you have a little extra time, prior to beginning recipe salt the zoodles and let them sit in a colander for 20 minutes to pull some of the liquid from the zoodles.
