Sicilian Citrus, Fennel & Black Olive Salad

Sicilian Citrus, Fennel & Black Olive Salad

Serves 6 to 8   |   Pick up all flavors of Salad Girl dressing in our produce section.

Ingredients:

7oz spicy organic baby greens


3 blood or navel oranges


1 cup crumbled feta


1 cup crumbled walnuts


1/4 cup oil-cured black olives


2 fennel bulbs


1 bottle Salad Girl Citrus Splash or Lemony Herb Vinaigrette


Directions

Cut oranges into 1/2 moon slices. Core and trim medium fennel bulbs and chop finely. Mix all ingredients and dressing in a large bowl and plate, or make salads separately so everyone can add dressing and toppings to preference. Add a couple turns of the pepper grinder just before serving. Enjoy!
